Endless. Instagram. Opportunities.

It’s finally getting cooler, rooftop bars are re-opening and we can actually deal with the walk between the car and the office. And with that, we dive into winter.

So make a splash this season at one of these six pool parties in Dubai. There’s a party hard option that caters to thousands, a hidden gem and a weekend beach festival, aka, there’s something for everyone who wants to cool off and enjoy. Plus, they are all happening before the end of September, and they’re almost all free entry...

Thursday September 21: Nasimi Beach

Nasimi Beach

Ladies and gents can sip from the poolside bar and dip into the cool waters of the Zero Entry Pool at Nasimi beach this Thursday. With beats provided by the Nasimi resident DJs and a ‘food court’ serving up poolside snacks, the evening will also include games, including ‘up all night to get duckie’, during which guests are invited to hunt for gold among hundreds of bobbing pool ducks for instant wins.

Friday September 22: Blue Marlin Ibiza UAE

Blue Marlin Ibiza UAE reopened last week, and the new look beach club will still be keeping the party going this Friday. Licensed service will continue as normal from 1pm at the Abu Dhabi spot (it’s only 20 minutes from Dubai though), plus they will be hosting a one off beach brunch from 1pm to 4pm for Dhs350 so you can make a day of it. This Friday, Butch and Lee Curtis take to the decks.

Saturday September 23: Nikki Beach

Nikki Beach is hosting its first pool party of the season this Saturday at the recently re-opened Nikki Beach Club. The venue will be decorated with fun pool toys, and there will be a bubble show as well as a bubble acrobat. French superstar DJ Watermät will also be taking to the decks.

Dubai’s biggest Saturday brunch has returned to the pool and beach for the new season, and this week Supernatural is hosting electro-pop musician Youngr. It’s a colourful, all-inclusive pool and beach brunch for those who don’t want the weekend to end. It comes with all-inclusive food and drink stations for five hours from midday, but the club opens at 8am so head down early to bag the best beds.

You can look forward to live music from Felix Jaehn and Lost Frequencies, stand-up paddle boarding, water volleyball and even a raft-building contest.

Friday September 29: La Cala

Ok, so this is cheating slightly because there’s no pool, and it’s not actually on the beach, but this house night is right by the sea and it proved so popular last season it deserves a mention. Relaunching again on Friday September 29, Elysium returns to the shores of La Cala, a picturesque Balearic-themed beach bar in the same resort as Blue Marlin. It’s a late night, after-hours event that packs out with party people, and comes with guest DJs as well as weekly residents.

Saturday September 30: Cu-Ba

Take a refreshing dip in cool waters and party from afternoon to evening while enjoying panoramic views over Dubai from Jumeirah Creekside hotel.
