As September rolls in so does the return of a techno night, a garage throw down, oh, and Stacey Pullen is in town for a one-off set…

Thursday: Decibel at ON42

One for all the techno lovers, Decibel is back for a new season at ON42. The first event sees Dutch DJ Amber as the headline act. Amber is resident at Techno Tuesday at Amsterdam institution Melkweg every week. The team over at Decibel have also hinted that the rest of the line up for the upcoming months will include Gregor Tresher, Charlotte De Witte and Marika Rossa.

Friday: Stacey Pullen at Provocateur

Stacey Pullen is bringing his electro house music to Provocateur this Friday. A pioneer during the second wave of Detroit Techno, Stacey plays to the crowd, and so you can expect a bit of everything in his innovation-driven sets.

Saturday: Elevate at Square Dxb

There’s a weekly old school and garage night, Elevate, happening at new nightclub Square every Saturday. Expect a host of old school hits from resident DJs Mickey Simms, Andy Paul and Smokin Groove, as well as two regular MCs.

“With Garage music making waves, a lot of the original producers are back in the studio, so you can expect to hear great new material at Elevate,” said DJ Mickey Simms of his residency.
