With live music and vinyl-only DJ sets all day…

The vinyl record has seen a global resurgence of sorts over the last few years and Dubai is no different.

Taking place on Friday 10 November at the hip cafe and fashion warehouse Joe & Sons, ‘I Have That On Vinyl’ aims to bring together music lovers for a day of vinyl appreciation.

The all-ages event is free to attend and is a place where avid collectors will be able to buy, sell and swap their records with likeminded individuals.

Several of the city’s top DJs (spinning only vinyl, of course) will be on hand to soundtrack the day which kicks off at 2pm, and will feature a special live performance by local electro-ambient duo Within You Without You.

Joe & Sons will also be offering a discount of up to 30 per cent across their store and serving up delicious Mexican street food fare.
