The citywide pass will offer up to 65 per cent off attractions including La Perle, At The Top and Wild Wadi

The post-Christmas sales in Dubai, known as Dubai Shopping Festival (or DSF), are some of the city’s most popular for bagging a bargain.

But DSF has introduced a discount pass for 2018 that extends past shopping. The DSF pass will offer residents up to 65 per cent off on more than 60 attractions, parks and restaurants including the likes of La Perle, At The Top, IMG World of Adventures, Ski Dubai, Dubai Dolphinarium and Wild Wadi.

Here are 18 new things coming to the UAE in 2018

Multiple pass packages are available starting from Dhs399, with an infinite pass priced at Dhs1190 for three days of unlimited access to all attractions.

The pass is the latest addition to the annual DSF festivities.

The month-long festival from December 26 until January 27 2018 will kick off with a 12 hour mega sale on December 26. There will be up to 90 per cent off across several shops at malls including Mall of the Emirates, City Centre Mirdif and City Centre Deira.

Other highlights across the month include outdoor market, Outside The Box. Spread across 11,300 square metres of lawn in Burj Park, the al fresco market features a mix of independent local labels and global brands. It runs every day from January 11 to 20.

And for those that aren’t too bothered about bagging bargains, bag a prime view spot for one of the 36 fireworks displays happening across the city as part of DSF.

You can catch the fireworks every weekend from 8.30pm at The Beach and 9pm at new destinations Al Seef and La Mer.
