4. Check out a new ladies’ night at a sleek steakhouse

We’ve made no secret of the fact that we’re big fans of Beefbar. The Monaco-born steakhouse has just opened its sixth worldwide location in Al Fattan Currency House, and it serves up some of the best steaks in the city. It’s just launched a new ladies’ night, Beauty and the Beef, which offers three complimentary drinks and 50 per cent off the food bill for ladies who dine.

Outdoor Cinema Dubai is back and this season it’s screening a collection of classics at both the Habtoor Grand Resort in Dubai Marina and the Steigenberger Hotel in Business Bay. They’ll be showing a different film every Tuesday at 8pm, with tickets priced at Dhs75 and food deals throughout the evening. 8. Find your zen with singing bowl meditation

Each Wednesday, you can head down to a Tibetan Singing Bowl Medication experience at the Life N One in Jumeirah. The one hour class costs Dhs99, and the sound of the Tibetan singing bowls are c used as meditation aid as the sound induces a sense of peacefulness. Each bowl emits a soothing vibration that radiates out negative energy, which restricts your ability to reach your full physical, spiritual and mental health.
