It’s arguably one of the city’s most versatile venues, having played host to squash tournaments, pop concerts, and more traditional ballet performances, and now Dubai Opera is set to host yet another unique event. 

On Thursday November 22, legendary Haçienda DJs Graeme Park and Mike Pickering will unite with the full symphony orchestra, The Manchester Camerata, to perform a club night with a classical twist. The performance, conducted by Tim Crooks will recreate some of the world’s most well-known and loved house, club and rave classics at the Dubai Opera.

Originating from Manchester, UK, Haçienda nightclub was one of the city’s most renowned venues for putting on a top club night out. Both Graeme Park and Mike Pickering were the club’s original DJ partnership, and now the duo have united with the Manchester Camerata to put on some top-notch shows that are sure to strike a chord with anyone who partied at the venue in the 80s.

Expect a show filled with smash-hits such as Pacific State, Voodoo Ray, Ride on Time and You’ve Got The Love all performed with a classical twist from the full symphony orchestra.

Dubai Opera will transform into a full flat floor venue for the concert, and there will be beverage stations within the auditorium too.
