Destination Dawn returns to RAK with a massive 12-hour party…

Destination Dawn, the bi-annual 12-hour beach festival on Ras Al Khaimah’s Al Marjan Island is set to return this Friday 6 April, and it’s boasting a bigger and better lineup than ever.

Electronic Dance Music (EDM) outfit Dash Berlin will be bringing the beats, sharing headlining duties with Dutch-Turkish DJ Ummet Ozcan. Local heroes and popular DJ duo Hollaphonic will be providing support for a massive all-nighter of banging tunes and beachside vibes.

The festivities kick off at 5pm on Friday and don’t let up until the sun rises. Ticket holders are invited to pitch up tents and camp on the island (for an additional Dhs50 fee), while anyone staying at the Rixos Bab Al Bahr hotel will automatically nab themselves free tickets to the festival.

Speaking of tickets, they are available online or at the door for Dhs250, and if you’re travelling from Dubai there will be feeder busses running from the Noor Bank metro station on Sheikh Zayed Road to the venue on Al Marjan Island between 5pm-7pm on 6 April, and then back to Dubai between 2am-5am the next morning.
