And it’s a London brand making its UAE debut…

Beachfront destination La Mer set to get another licensed venue next month.

Hailing from upscale Knightsbridge in London, Osh is an Uzbek restaurant set to open its doors in the coming weeks in La Mer North. It’s the second Osh restaurant in the world, and first for the Middle East.

Advertising that it serves ‘delicacies from the Uzbek grill and signature dishes giving authentic Central Asian food and modern twist’, we’re hoping to see plenty of Shashlik and samosas on the menu.

Although no pictures of the venue have been released yet, if it’s anything like its London counterpart, we’re expecting plenty of Silk Route style decor.

Osh will be the third licensed venue at the beachfront destination, joining modern Indian Masti, and Abu Dhabi sports bar Stars & Bars.

Bolt Group, the hospitality company behind the restaurant, also have another concept opening on new Palm Jumeirah destination The Pointe this summer. Projected to open in August, Chalet Berezka will serve up a ‘taste adventure of Eastern cuisine’ across a two floor restaurant and live entertainment space.
