A new restaurant opens in La Mer, and we eye up two new menus at popular Dubai restaurants…

And if you’re looking for somewhere to head to this weekend, we’ve rounded up three spots we reckon you won’t want to miss out on. There’s a brand new lebanese, Marina stalwart The Scene serves up a top-notch veggie menu, and it’s all about superfoods at Ultra Brasserie.

Here are three new restaurants to dine at this weekend. 

The brand new: Babel

The award-winning Lebanese restaurant Babel has just opened its doors in Jumeirah’s beachfront destination La Mer. Serving up fine dining cuisine with a Mediterranean twist, the Lebanese born brand will serve up unconventional twists on traditional dishes from 12pm daily. It’s two floors of both indoor and outdoor spaces, with a seafood bar, shisha service and licensed bar.

The vegetarian menu: The Scene by Simon Rimmer

Popular British restaurant The Scene by Simon Rimmer has a whole host of new menus to tuck into this summer, with a whole new dedicated offering for vegetarians. In Simon’s vegan and veggie patch, you’ll find a new vegan curry, Feta and Spinach pie and a veggie risotto of the week. There’s also now soya and almond milk alternatives in their crafted coffees, just ask your server to switch it for you.

The superfood menu: Ultra Brasserie

Ultra Brasserie has just introduced a new plant based and superfood-filled menu, perfect for eating clean this summer. The breakfast, deli and dinner options have been designed around natural goodness from plant based and superfood ingredients, and highlights include the Ultra vegan burger, gluten free pancakes and the ultra power bowls.
