And if you’re looking for somewhere to head to this weekend, we’ve rounded up three spots we reckon you won’t want to miss out on. There’s a brand new afternoon tea on offer on JBR, The Noodle House offers up a 20 per cent discount on selected dishes, and Dukes Dubai Indian restaurant Khyber launches a three-course meal for Dhs100.

New afternoon tea menu: Rixos Premium

JBR’s Rixos Premium has just launched a daily afternoon tea menu, available in the Crystal Lobby Lounge. Served daily from 3pm to 6pm and priced at Dhs159 per person, the Afternoon Tea includes an array of  classics such as salmon with crème fraiche as well as more unique hot snacks like Sucuk with Turkish ‘Ezine’ cheese in soft brioche and vegetarian quesadilla with ‘acili ezme’ spicy tomato salsa. To complete the experience, guests can enjoy free tea refills from the Tchaba Tea Tales ‘Aroma Menu’, as well as their choice of gourmet coffee with enticing options that include red velvet, toffee coffee and matcha green tea latte.

Discounted dishes: The Noodle House

To celebrate the launch of ‘UAE-China Week’, The Noodle House is rolling out its own celebrations and offering diners 20 per cent discount on select Chinese dishes between July 17 and 24. Menu highlights include hot bao buns with wok-fried vegetable fillings, to popular street food Shanghai noodles.

The Dhs100 menu: Khyber

Everyday until the 30th of September, guests at Khyber can tuck into a three course menu priced at a value Dhs100. There’s a choice of seven starters, including a chicken tikka salad and fish tikka, three main course options all served with rice and roti, and three traditional Northern Indian desserts.
