If you have to ask how much one costs, you probably can’t afford it…

The Heart of Europe development on The World islands off the coast of Dubai is shaping up to be one of the most luxurious residential plots in the city. And now Austrian property developer Kleindienst Group have unveiled photos giving us a peek at the the uber-exclusive Sweden Beach Palace located on – where else – Sweden Island.

Nine luxury homes are planned with one super-sized version of the property on landscaped grounds. Each ‘palace’ will include its own gymnasium, sauna and spa room. But it doesn’t stop there: residents will have access to both a beach and a coral reef marine plot, plus a -5 degree celsius cold room – we assume used to simulate the icy winters in Sweden.

Each villa will feature a large open-plan ground floor with French doors opening onto a terrace with a 115sqm infinity pool and outdoor jacuzzi. There will also be a floor reserved entirely for guests, and another for the master bedroom. You really will be living your best life in one of these by the sounds of it.

In a nod to the Swede’s Viking heritage, the roof of each villa will take on the appearance of an inverted Viking boat with views of the wider development and the Dubai skyline from a 75sqm rooftop lounge.

Kleindienst Group say that the palaces are designed as second homes in the same way that you might live in a Manhattan apartment, but vacation in your home in the Hamptons – everyone does that, right?

The first developed home will feature a total of seven bedrooms with en-suites. Bentley Home interiors will fit out five properties, while the remaining homes will be left to their lucky (and very rich) owners to pick how they’d like them designed.

No official pricing was announced, nor was a completion date, but judging by what has been revealed if you have to ask, you probably can’t afford one anyway.
