It’s one of Dubai’s most beautiful (and fragrant) spots…

The Guinness World Record-holding Dubai Miracle Garden will re-open for its seventh season on Thursday November 1, it has been announced.

The unique outdoor destination, which houses around 100 million blooms, has a new theme each year – and for its seventh season is promising a reimagined Disney Avenue, where the record-breaking Mickey Mouse sculpture from last year will be joined by his friends.

There’s also set to be some exciting new additions this season including a floral castle which houses a garden dining experience, a new amphitheatre for putting on shows, as well as and life-sized floral elephants that will spray water from their trunks.

A new tech element has been introduced too, and will see an eye-catching flower display in 3D mapping on a floral screen introduced.

For a more lazy day at the attraction, head to one of the distinctive Caribbean and Asian hammocks, where you can wile away the day under the shadows of the hanging gardens.

Attracting around 55,000 visitors on a weekly basis, Dubai Miracle Garden is a popular spot for both residents and tourists to check out the 70-plus flower varieties.

The garden, which opened in 2013, has undergone a transformation each season with a new theme, as well as introducing a Butterfly Garden in 2014, and winning a Guinness World Record in 2016 for the largest flower arrangement/structure forming the shape of the Airbus A380.

Last season, Dubai Miracle Garden added a new feat to its ever-growing list, for a super-sized version of Disney’s beloved Mickey Mouse. The 18-metre floral Mickey Mouse statue became the World’s Tallest Supported Topiary Sculpture.
