Planning a mid-week dinner date or get-together? Well, if you’re a seafood fan you need to check out Fisherman’s Catch, a new Tuesday night seafood buffet at the picturesque Brasserie du Park.
Running every Tuesday from 7.30pm until 11.45pm, guests can enjoy endless seafood from an extensive buffet, with the option of either free flowing soft or house drinks.
Located on the shores of the Dubai Creek, escape your working week and head to Brasserie du Park. Perch up at either a table indoors where you can watch the chefs at work in the open kitchens, or book a table on the waterfront terrace overlooking the Dubai skyline and watch the world go by.
Diners can tuck into unlimited fresh fish and seafood, selected by the chefs each day. Guests can wander through the buffet and pile up their plates with dishes from the raw seafood bar, live cooking stations, grill and even an oyster shucking station.
At the raw bar, fill up on oysters, mussels, scallops on shell, poached pink shrimp, tuna sashimi and salmon ceviche, then head to the live cooking stations for pan seared scallops and prawns, fried calamari or freshly prepared seafood paella. From the grill, get prawns, seabass or salmon grilled to order and prepared fresh in front of you. It’s all served up alongside a salad bar and side dishes.
But be sure to save room for dessert. An array of pastries are prepared fresh and served alongside a selection of ice cream to make sure it’s a sweet ending to the evening.
