Snoopy Island, located in Fujairah has long been a favourite long-weekend destination by those living in the UAE for its picturesque views and idyllic setting.
Their Snoopy Beats beach festival-style parties have become pretty legendary, with some top DJ’s and entertainment. It returns on Friday November 1 and Saturday November 2, this time with a strong environmentally-themed message in their Snoopy-Con edition.
Tickets are available now from Platinumlist. The first wave of Snoopy tickets include one-day beach and event access and are priced at Dhs160, or you could go for the Super Snoopy package which includes a sunset BBQ and two free drinks for Dhs295.
If you fancy making a whole weekend of it, room packages start from Dhs1,375 for a standard double or twin room at Sandy Beach Resort with two Super Snoopy packages included. Handily, a free round-trip shuttle bus from Dubai is also included in the ticket price.

Running for two days, the rave-style music festival will see you dance the day and night away on the island’s white sandy beach with the dramatic vista of Hajar Mountains behind you. Alongside performers and entertainment, DJ’s Tennis, Jimi Jules, Caleesi, Hoolz and Maks are all in the line-up to take to the decks.
This year’s theme is centred around superheroes with life sized-superhero props, crashed spaceships and different worlds as part of the ‘universe’ they’ve created. There’ll also be a focus on the effects of climate change and festival will aim to raise further awareness about it by serving drinks in non-plastic cups and giving away T-shirts made from recycled plastic.
Previous years’ themes have included Space Island Aftermovie, Carnival Island, Zootopia and in 2018, they even had a Halloween-themed event named Skull Island.
Seems like the perfect excuse for that big gathering you’ve been thinking of planning…
