2. Kickstart your week with this running club for mums

Have you recently had a baby and looking for a way to kickstart your fitness routine? Why not go along to TRAX Tribe, which is a new running club designed for new mums and their babies under 18 months old. Running every Sunday and Wednesday, it’s the perfect way to ease yourself back into fitness with your little one in tow. all while making friends and become part of a new community. 3. Enjoy a festive meet and greet with a celebrity chef

The Scene in Pier 7 will welcome the return of Simon Rimmer for five days of meet and greets, a special menu launch and the festive lights switch-on, which will see the Dubai Marina restaurant transformed into a winter wonderland. This week, you’ll be able to enjoy a specially curated menu, plus a meet and greet with the main man himself, from 7pm between November 10 and 14. Reservations are advised.

4. Head to a night of musical bingo

5. Check out a wellness talk on how to maintain your fitness after DFC30X30

Have you done yourself proud during the Dubai Fitness Challenge? It comes to an end on Friday November 16, but that’s no reason to break any of your new fitness resolutions. The popular Flow Talks series retursn this week, focusing on how you can maintain fitness momentum once the challenge is officially over. 8. Guys, get a free coffee if you wear pink on Wednesdays

Guys, keep Wednesdays for wearing your pink shirt (or ‘faded salmon’ for any Ross Gellers out there). Every Wednesday at French bistro, Parlour Boutique, guys will get a free coffee, to drink in or take-away, if they’re wearing something pink. It doesn’t even have to be a shirt either, it can be your socks, trousers or even a tie and they’re allowing many pink hues, from rose to blush or coral.
