4,500 UAE flags have been laid out to form the faces of UAE leaders…

UAE Flag Day is marked in the United Arab Emirates on November 3. Among the country-wide celebrations in 2019 is the return of The Flag Garden, which has been unveiled on Kite Beach.

The Flag Garden this year has been cleverly laid out to form the faces of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai and H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nayhan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi when viewed from above.

The display of no less than 4,500 UAE flags on Kite Beach will be available to visit until Tuesday December 10. So, if you fancy getting yourself a wow-worthy snap in front of the flag display, you’ve got a few weeks to do it.

What is UAE Flag Day?

UAE Flag Day was first celebrated in2013, and marks the accession of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan to the office as President of the UAE, which took place on November 3, 2004.

The national occasion is a country-wide celebration of the incredible efforts of our founding fathers who gave everything for their country.
