A stunning new restaurant and outdoor terrace is opening in Dubai next year

There’s a brand new restaurant opening in Dubai next year – and it looks beautiful. Located at The Els Club, Dubai Sports City, The Pangolin will be a two-floor ‘lifestyle complex’ complete with a gym, pool, restaurant, bar, lounge and outdoor terrace.
The 60,000 square foot property is the brainchild of local acclaimed restauranteur Sergio Lopez (who is known for concepts such as Tom & Serg) and Australian chef Troy Payne (who has worked on Clé Dubai and The Sum of Us).
On the menu you’ll find dishes inspired by nostalgia and telling stories around the dinner table. There’s a European focus, which has been given a unique African twist. The beautiful restaurant will be located on the ground floor and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
You’ll also find an on-site bakery and patisserie as well as a deli serving up fresh home-grown and home-made produce. Upstairs, theres a stunning bar and lounge with a gorgeous outdoor terrace, which will be perfect for an alfresco lunch or pre-dinner cocktail under the stars.

Not content with just opening a food and beverage concept, Sergio and Troy, who already have Sanderson’s in Abu Dhabi, are also opening a state-of-the-art gym and outdoor pool. There’s no clear date on exactly when The Pangolin will open yet, but we’re told it will be early 2020.
