Jones the Grocer to open on Palm West Beach in November
It’s the latest addition to the popular beach spot…
Jones the Grocer has long been popular in Dubai for its artisan food, great breakfast dishes and wine and cheese nights and now there’s another reason to celebrate it, as a brand new branch is opening on Palm West Beach, Palm Jumeirah.
Fans of the great new spot, Palm West Beach, that’s home to Koko Bay and FIVE Beach, will know that it’s now one of the most popular destinations in Dubai for beachside dining and watching the sun set with great Marina skyline views.
Jones the Grocer will open there in November 2020, although a specific date has not yet been confirmed. Visitors will find the Australian restaurant’s signature decor and a wood-fired oven, beach bar, pastry and sandwich counter plus cheese and charcuterie walls.

You can choose to dine inside the restaurant, or out on the terrace – to the left of which is a cool high wrap-around table which will be perfect for those working-out-of-the-office days. You can also sit on the beach which will have seating and cushy bean bags.
Dishes served at the new restaurant will include wood-fired peri peri octopus, surf and turf and a Fraser Island spanner crab slider. The wood-fired pizzas will include toppings from the cheese and charcuterie wall.
Other dishes include the ultimate Wagyu burger, garlic and chilli linguine and chargrilled harissa chicken. It’s not yet clear what deals, such as happy hours and the brand’s popular wine and cheese night, will be offered at the new branch but we’ll be sure to let you know when it’s announced.
Fancy taking something home with you? Gourmet products on offer include artisan cheese, small batch chutneys and jams, single origin coffee and more. A range of meats, such as wagyu bresaola, chorizo and cheeses are also available.
