A new community book club is launching in Dubai soon

There’s no such thing as ‘too many books’, there is only not enough shelves. We can’t pinpoint who spoke these wise words, but one thing’s for sure – all bookworms will agree.

The book club will host popular community members who love to read and know what fellow bibliophiles will love – so expect brilliant page-turners to be discussed each month.
Here’s what you need to know.
The book club will take place at Festival Plaza mall in Jebel Ali which is located just seven to 10 minutes away from bustling Dubai Marina, Tecom and Jumeirah Parks.
It takes place once every month where you will get to meet other avid readers at popular cafes such as Jamaica Blue, Marks and Spencer, Tim Hortons, Cinnabon and more.
On the day of the meetup, the group will be able to talk about and voice their opinions on the book they have just read. The book which will be discussed the following month will also be announced and can be bought at a discounted rate at Booktopia.
You can expect to see keynote speakers and even authors come to meetups. In addition to this, there will also be plenty of seasonal book-related events that will take place.
Those who sign up will even get an exclusive goodie bag on the day of the launch which will be announced soon on the mall’s social media handles.
