After a two-year hiatus from Dubai, the ultra-Instagrammable Miami Vibes festival has returned to the city, popping up at Safa Park until March 20. Here to paint the town pink and to fill your bellies with a number of treats, visitors can expect a number of popular local food vendors dishing out delicious grub, Instagrammable moments, entertainment and a whole lot of pink. As of now, we know that there is no entry fee to enter the food festival, but you may need to shell out Dhs3 per person to enter Safa Park.

Explore the lanes under the moonlight

If you work nine-hour days (or more), you probably know the struggle to make it to Alserkal Avenue before your favourite gallery closes for the day. Well, on Tuesday March 8 this won’t be an issue as the exhibitions will remain open until 10pm, allowing you to explore the lanes of the cultural district under the moonlight. If you haven’t visited Alserkal Avenue at night, the cultural spot radiates a cool vibe on a different level making it something you need to add to your to-do list. Arrive as soon as you can, as there are more than 20 new exhibitions to check out.

Grab a bite to eat at a casual new restaurant

Presenting a fusion of Latin American and Asian cuisines, Juan is the newest restaurant to open at Galleria Mall in Jumeirah. The restaurant features cuisines inspired by Japanese, Cantonese and Peruvian cooking methods and ingredients, while the menu presents eye-catching tacos, tiraditos, Ceviche’s, a robata and josper section, antojos, a wok section, fresh fish weekly from Japan and eclectic desserts that pay homage to the gastronomic discovery of Latin Asian cuisine. Well, not so secret anymore. Samba Room has opened inside the ever-popular SushiSamba, and there’s a thrilling night to check out every Tuesday. Pretend you’ve got the means and hop aboard the region’s most anticipated boating event, now located in its new home at Dubai Harbour. Party under the stars at Aura Skypool

The world’s highest infinity pool might be one of the most Instagrammable spots in the city for a pool day, but this Thursday Aura Skypool launches Sundust, a new DJ night that invites guests to party under the stars in one of the city’s most stunning settings. From 9pm to 2am, guests can graze, drink and dance to the sounds of Aura’s resident DJ Hitch as well as locally renowned Jixo and Danz who will spin electronic, deep and tech house sounds.
