Sponsored: Join the carne-val at Chef Eyad Smoked Meats…

The restaurants of Chef Eyad, aka ‘King of Smoked Meats’, have built up quite the following throughout his native Kafr Qasim and more recently across Bahrain and Turkey too.

Centered around the concept of fun, food, and fire — diners book up weeks in advance to catch the theatrical serving rituals of these fall-off-the-bone meat joints and all-natural charcoal-smoked prime cuts, prepared by a true master of fire and spice. And now for us here in the UAE, the wait is over, the Chef Eyad Smoked Meats sensation has arrived in Dubai.

Located on the Sheikh Zayed Road, with a captivating view of the Burj Khalifa, those getting in ahead of the (justified) hype crowds will enjoy early access to USDA Prime Black Angus Beef and Local Lamb, marinated and smoked for up to 12 hours with Chef Eyad’s ‘secret seasoning’.

Levantine secret herbs and spices

Honed over a 20 year personal culinary legacy, combining his skills as a flair butcher and veteran meat smoker — Chef Eyad’s special marinades cleverly collide the culinary worlds of the Levant and the highlands of Texan barbecue country, using innovative ingredients (like his signature honey glaze) and prep methods.

To ensure each guest gets the full experience, cuts are served directly from oven to table, piping hot, incredibly juicy and tender.

Smoke and mirrors

There’s more on the menu than just great food. Take the highly Instagrammable off-plate entertainment for example. Diners can experience all the drama of the open kitchen, the impromptu spectacle of dancing butchers, the flare, finesse and knife skills of the servers — it’s an interactive carne-val of smoked awe.

Sheikh Zayed Road, at first interchange next to GSS grand station (above French Bakery), open midday to late daily. Tel: (04) 343 3328, @chefeyad.uae
