Vaga restaurant

DJ Bianca Blanco raises the vibes with her quality of music and energy that includes a myriad of organic, ethnic and afro tribal sounds.

On the menu, there are signature dishes boldly fusing together Armenian and Arabic flavours. For brunch, diners can have their pick from a cold starter or a salad, a choice of hot starter and a main. There’s a sharing dessert to end your experience on a sweet note.

Imam Bayaldi

The cold starters and salad include a choice of tuna ceviche, spiced beef tartare, imam bayildi or quinoa tropical spiced mango salad. Mains include marinated grilled chicken skewers, Aleppo kebab with cherry sauce, robata baked potato and honey-glazed black Angus beef skewers.

On to the main course, pick from a number of signature dishes like manti which combines beef ravioli with mint, yoghurt, tomato sauce, and chilli; lamb ouzi with fluffy rice, nuts, and parsley; and grilled baby chicken that has been basted in chilli sauce and garlic. Your brunch experience ends on a sweet high with Pava – a pavlova that is chewy and crisp on top, with a soft and airy filling.

Guests can up their fine dining experience by adding Beluga caviar, honey-glazed wagyu short ribs, and black summer truffle at an additional cost.

Vaga drinks

There are three brunch packages to pick from. For soft drinks, it is Dhs350 which includes fresh juices, soft drinks, herbal teas, and raw coffee.

Pay Dhs450 for the signature experience and sip on cocktails by award-winning Armenian mixologist Agassi Serobyan. There’s mountain breeze – a drink made with Aperol, rose lemonade, prosecco, citrus, and a drop of rhubarb cordial; astlik – a pomegranate tequila, fresh lime, pomegranate and basil soda; and more.
