Abu Dhabi’s own vibrant Peruvian hotspot, in the heart of the capital, brings you numerous festive dishes this Christmas, adding to its existing array of enticing Latin American offerings. The new additions will be served alongside the venue’s award-winning à la carte menu during every lunch and dinner service, and will include specials such as their Coliflor Mixta starter with cauliflower, cashew nuts, mustard and aji mirasol, and two succulent main courses in he Cordero a la Brasa with tender and juicy lamb shank, flavoursome couscous, tamarind, hoison and aji limo, and the Pato a la Naranja, with a whole roast duck served on fluffy wild rice and enhanced with aji amarillo and artichoke.
