Dubai is going out with a bang. The weather is warming up and we have to make the most of the rest of the season Dubai is doing so with a very long and extensive list of performances and concerts taking place across April and May.

No matter, your taste in music there are so many concerts in Dubai this April that we guarantee there is a little something for everybody.

April 11: Rema at Coca-Cola Arena

Hitmaker Rema will perform at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai on Thursday, April 11. This performance will be part of the Afroworld collection of performances. Tickets are already on sale and start from Dhs199. You will know Rema for his iconic hit Calm Down, which has a special remix with the pop star Selena Gomez

Italian DJ duo Daniele Aprile & Mario Roberti, also known as Fideles, are at the cutting edge of techno music blending the melodic and epic to create high-energy sets that fill dance floors and festivals the world over. Catch them at Soho Garden’s Code on Friday April 12.

April 13: elrow at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre

Elrow is back for a second year – with a new location, theme, and headline act. The 2024 rendition of elrow XXL will see DJ Fisher taking to the decks at Media City Amphitheatre, promising an electrifying night filled with pulsating beats and high-energy performances. Added to the lineup British DJ and producer Eats Everything. He has many hits under his name including Entrance Song, Get Up, Space Raiders, and U (I Got A Feeling) and more. We can also expect to hear from Arielle Free, De La Swing and Toni Varga.

The icon of Ibiza is heading to Dubai this weekend: Guy Gerber will be taking on Surf Club for a night of his hip swaying, feet sunk in the sand vibes. You will know him for hits including What To Do, Bobcat and Can’t Get You Out of My Head.

April 13: Joel Corry at Beach by FIVE

Back with a bang for their Eid special, the popular Bohemia festival returns to the shores of Beach by FIVE with one of the UK’s best-loved DJs on the performing circuit, Joel Corry. Known for his smash hit summer anthems like Sorry and Head & Heart, expect to hear all these mixes and more over the Eid weekend. Ladies tickets start from Dhs150, while guys pay Dhs250, both inclusive of three drinks.

April 13: Keinemusik at Playa Pacha

To kick things off in unforgettable style, newly opened FIVE LUXE will throw its first party on Saturday, April 13. Taking over Playa Pacha – the hotel’s chic social pool and private beach – will be two of Keinemusik’s hottest names: Rampa and Adam Port. The first of eight epic Playa Pacha Icons parties to take over the JBR beachfront this year will see the duo of Keinemusik DJs bringing their signature high-energy, electric sets to Dubai.

Beach parties are back at Twiggy from April 13, and headlining the first day-to-night party on the sand will be high-energy DJ duo, DJs Mëstiza, famous for their vibrant Afro House remixes. The venue will open its doors from 10am, inviting guests to join early and savor all favorites from the a la carte menu, while enjoying their favorites drinks and the lively house tunes. Tickets start from Dhs200 for entry to the party only, or Dhs350 (non-redeemable) for sunbeds for those looking to top up their tans before hitting the dancefloor.

For the first of their Saturday night parties after Eid, Be Beach welcomes South African DJ Themba coming to spin the decks. Themba has a track record of epic house nights with fans including Black Coffee, Adam Beyer, Pete Tong and Hot Since 82.

April 18: Gordo at Ling Ling Ultra Lounge

Ling Ling’s haute after-hours spot, Ultra Lounge, will see a headline set from Gordo on April 18. This Hispanic producer is well versed on the global party circuit, and is known for his high-energy sets that always get the crowds going, whether he’s performing in cool clubs or at major festivals. The usual door policy applies.

April 18: Seth Troxler at Raspoutine

Taking over the decks at Raspoutine for one night only is American DJ and Producer Seth Troxler. Internationally renowned, Troxler has performed at the likes of Tomorrowland, Glastonbury, Coachella, and now Raspoutine Dubai.

April 18: Zara Larsson at Global Village

Swedish icon Zara Larsson will be performing at Global Village Dubai for a killer performance on April 18. She will be performing on the main stage from 8pm, and best of all entry to the concert is included in the regular ticket price. You will know Zara Larsson for her incredible hits including Lush Life, which was her first track back in 2015 and skyrocketed her to fame.

April 19: The Kid Laroi at Coca-Cola Arena

Australian singer-songwriter and rapper and Justin Bieber protege, The Kid Laroi is set to perform in Dubai for the first time at the Coca-Cola Arena in April. Despite being just 20 years old, The Kid Laroi (real name Charlton Kenneth Jeffrey Howard) has enjoyed massive success in the music scene over the last three years. When he performs at the Coca-Cola Arena this April, fans can expect to hear all these tracks from the Aussie music star, plus hopefully some new material from his debut album, The First Time.

April 19: Tyga at Zero Gravity

Taking to the Zero Gravity stage this April 19, get ready for an evening of Loco Contigo. If you don’t know who Tyga is, other than being an ex of the Kar-Jenner clan, he is known for some pretty banging songs such as Ayy Macarena, Taste, and Chosen. He has also worked alongside artists including Ty Dolla $ign, J Balvin, and Doja Cat.

April 20: Black Coffee & Me at Dubai Harbour

Grammy Award-winning DJ Black Coffee is no stranger to Dubai, having performed in the city on many occasions. Welcoming the return of the Dubai season for the final few weeks before summer, he’ll be gracing the decks of White Dubai Harbour once again, on Saturday, April 20. He will be joined by & Me who is one-quarter of the incredible group, Kleinemusik.

Central Cee is set to perform at Sky2.0 Dubai on Saturday, April 20 and early bird tickets are already on sale. You will know the UK rapper Central Cee is known for countless incredible tracks including Commitment Issues, Doja and Sprinter featuring Dave. April 20: Luciano at Beach by FIVE

Another massive DJ headlines FIVE Palm Jumeirah’s Saturday Bohemia festival on April 20, this time its the turn of visionary Swiss maestro, Luciano. Bringing his unique blend of minimalistic techno and fiery Latin rhythms to Beach by FIVE, the usual entries prices apply, with rates from Dhs150 for ladies and Dhs250 for gents, inclusive of three drinks.

April 20 and 21: Pub in the Park

A family-friendly festival taking place over two days, Pub in the Park is a festival for families, foodies and live music lovers. Day one will see performances from throwback acts including Heather Small – famous for the hit track, Proud; and rapper Professor Green, set to perform hits including x and y. Then on Sunday, closing out the show will be pop-rockers Scouting for Girls, as well as Dancing In The Moonlight hitmakers, Toploader. Expect tipples from ten bars, and a choice of dining from some 20 food stations put on by JA The Resort. April 20: Pure Ibiza Festival at Soul Beach

Bringing the soul of the Balearics to the shores of Soul Beach is this one-day music festival on Saturday April 20. Expect a day-to-night fiesta of all the biggest Ibiza club anthems spun by 30 international and resident DJs to get you in the mood for summer on the White Isle.

April 27: Afrodise at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi

A fusion of Afrohouse energy, Mayan culture and the tropical paradise of Tulum, Afroise lands at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi on April 27. Transforming the poolside Ginger Moon into a mystical jungle sanctuary, Aaron Sevilla headlines, alongside international and resident DJs. May 4: Solomun at Expo City

One of the biggest electronic music festivals in the city, Soho Garden Festival, heads to a new location on May 4 – Expo City Dubai. While the location may be new, the headliner is somewhat of a Soho Garden veteran, with none other than Solomun bringing the dancefloor-filling beats. Doors open at 8pm.

May 4: Jason Derulo at Coca-Cola Arena

Savage Love singer Jason Derulo is set to perform in Dubai at the Coca-Cola Arena on Saturday, May 4. Part of the wider EarthSoul event designed at highlighting the impact of climate change, tickets for the gig start from Dhs199. The RnB singer-songwriter has been blowing up the charts since 2009, with smash-hits through the 2010s including IT GirlRiding Solo, In My Head Wiggle and Want to Want Me. More recently, Derulo released Savage Love in 2020, which went straight to number one around the world, followed up with smash hits Take You Dancing and Jalebi Baby. When he lights up the Coca-Cola Arena stage, you can expect to hear all these and more.

May 11: Martin Garrix at Atlantis, The Palm

Atlantis, The Palm is set to host one of the world’s biggest DJs as Martin Garrix headlines an epic open-air concert this May. Marking the return of Atlantis Live, a mega live music series at the iconic resort, Martin Garrix will perform an unmissable set on Saturday May 11. Backdropped by the Dubai skyline and dramatic Palm Island, guests will be able to dance the night away to Garrix’ signature high-octane set of floor-filling tunes and mind-blowing visuals.

May 11: Shaggy and Blackstreet at Coca-Cola Arena

Shaggy and Blackstreet will be performing at the Coca-Cola Arena this May. You will know Shaggy for iconic hits including Angel, It Wasn’t Me, and Boombastic. The iconic Reggae legend has been in the game since the 90s when he won his first  Grammy for Best Reggae Album,  on the album Boombastic. He will be joined by the iconic R&B group Blackstreet known for hits including No Diggity, Don’t Leave Me, and, (Money Can’t) Buy Me Love.

May 12: Nicole Scherzinger and T.I.

Former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger and rapper T.I. are set to perform at Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena next month. Taking place on Sunday May 12, this will be the first time that pop icon Nicole Scherzinger and Grammy Award-winning rapper T.I. have headlined together.  Tickets are already on sale, priced from Dhs295 for entry level tickets, while top tier tickets are Dhs695 for the diamond seats.

May 17: Rampa and Adam Port at Expo City Dubai

After headlining the opening party of Playa Pacha in April, Keinemusik’s Rampa and Adam Port will return to Dubai for a gig at Expo City. The final installment of the season of Soho Garden Festival will see two of the three main players of Keinmusik group take centre stage at Expo City for a night full of world music, fun and high energy.
