The gym floor is officially open, giving members early access ahead of the club’s full launch. Inside, you’ll find dedicated strength and functional training areas, spaces for personal coaching and small group sessions, plus ARKHE’s status as an official HYROX Training Club makes it an ideal spot for anyone preparing for competition or looking to train with a race-inspired approach.

Recovery is part of the routine

One of ARKHE’s biggest draws is that recovery is included in every membership. Rather than treating it as an optional extra, members have unlimited access to cold plunges, saunas, red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and dedicated recovery spaces, making it easier to build recovery into everyday training.
