Wellness Week is back and here's everything you need to know
Wellness Week is back with workouts, wellness pop-ups and more reasons to step away from your desk
There are wellness classes, and then there are wellness weeks where you can fit a workout, a massage, a nourishing meal and a creative workshop into the same day. That’s the idea behind Wellness Week, returning to ICD Brookfield Place from June 8 to 14 with a packed programme of fitness, food and wellbeing-focused activities.
What’s happening?

Now in its fourth year, Wellness Week Dubai is turning ICD Brookfield Place into a hub for movement, recovery and wellbeing. Throughout the week, you can explore a packed schedule of activities taking place across some of the destination’s most popular fitness, dining and wellness venues.
The workouts

For those looking to get active, the programme includes free classes hosted by Reform Athletica and 1Rebel throughout the week. The weekend line-up takes things further with spinning sessions, bootcamps, Pilates and sound meditation, offering something for everyone from regular gym-goers to those simply looking to try something new.
The recovery room
Recovery and wellbeing are just as much a focus as fitness. Embody Fitness will host WHOOP Advanced Labs testing in partnership with Unilabs, giving members access to blood biomarker testing and personalised health insights. You can also try sports massages, head massages, breathwork sessions and longevity-focused activations across the weekend.
The healthy stuff
The Summer Garden will host a daily Pure Harvest pop-up featuring fresh produce, strawberry slushies and chia cups topped with berries. Throughout the week, visitors can also check out the LOAM x Encounter Coffee collaboration, which introduces limited-edition menu items featuring functional mushroom blends and wellness-focused ingredients.
The weekend takeover
On June 13 and 14, The Summer Garden becomes the centre of the action with a full-day wellness festival. Alongside fitness sessions and recovery experiences, visitors can take part in creative workshops including matcha candle making, ceramic and canvas painting, and traditional Palestinian Tatreez embroidery. There will also be healthy food vendors, wellness brands, live music and prizes throughout the weekend.

Many activities are free to attend, although selected workshops and fitness sessions require advance booking or operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
