Dubai is getting a taste of Uzbekistan this September

Dubai’s dining scene is a passport to flavours from around the world, and the next stop is Uzbekistan. Bringing together generations-old recipes, heartfelt hospitality and a love for dishes made to be shared, SUPA Uzbek Culinary House is opening its doors in Dubai and will introduce diners to the rich traditions of Central Asian cuisine this September.

After receiving a warm welcome in Saudi, the restaurant will now be opening its doors at Millennium Al Barsha Hotel in Al Barsha, close to Mall of the Emirates.

Named after the traditional Uzbek supa, a raised platform where families gather to share food, stories and conversation, the restaurant reflects the warmth and togetherness at the heart of Uzbek hospitality.

On the menu, diners will be able to pick from classic Uzbek recipes with Middle Eastern influences. Some of the signature dishes you can look forward to tucking into include Uzbek plov, samsa, cheburek, charcoal-grilled kebabs, freshly baked bread, and homemade desserts.
