The famed chef will return to his Dubai outpost for the launch on Saturday December 28…

Outside of Italy, chef Massimo Bottura, the culinary mastermind behind the world famous Osteria Francescana, has only one restaurant – and you’ll find it in Dubai.

And chef Massimo will be returning to Torno Subito at W Dubai – The Palm later this month, to launch their new Saturday brunch.

Called Torno Sabato, the three-hour package includes unlimited Italian bites and free flowing house drinks for Dhs499 and Dhs349 for soft drinks.

It’ll launch on Saturday December 28 with Massimo Bottura in town, and run every Saturday thereafter from 1pm to 4pm.

It’s laid back, Riviera vibes all the way at the 1950’s style restaurant, which was inspired by colourful restaurants on the Italian Riviera that Massimo would visit as a child. As well as a pastel-hued interior littered with polaroids, the retaurant also boasts a stunning outdoor terrace that looks out across the beach and the Arabian Gulf.

For their Saturday brunch, you’ll dine on fantastic Italian bites like mini calzone’s, burrata, a selection of antipasti, risotto, melt-in-the-mouth beef cheek and pasta made in front of you in a parmesan wheel.

Desserts will come in the form of a selected sharing platter, or you can raid the gelato cart. It’s washed down with selected house beverages like wines, spirits and some traditional Italian cocktails, as you toast to the end of the weekend.
