Chic outdoor terrace lounge, Flair 5, has reopened its doors to welcome guests to enjoy alfresco dining and great vibes all winter long. There’s so many new things to discover, starting with a stunning menu which promises to impress thanks to its delicately crafted selection.

Inspired by Japanese and Peruvian flavours, the Nikkei style offering includes exciting options such as salmon acevichado, mushroom ceviche, black cod miso glaze and striploin saltado. The kitchen has been hard at work perfecting these new recipes, so they’re not to be missed.

On Tuesdays, it’s time to kick it back to the nineties. tuck into delicious bar bites while enjoying the retro sounds of yesteryear, every week from 8pm to 1am.

Behind the bar, the creativity continues, as there’s also an exciting list of botanically influenced cocktails, each with their own aromatic experience. Thursday nights are the perfect opportunity to try them, with Flair 5’s new ‘Saxo Beat’ night. From 8pm, sip on your plant-based beverage while enjoy the sounds of a live saxophonist.

If you can wait until the weekend, book yourself into the Secret Garden Brunch. What’s On Dubai’s highly commended party brunch is also making its anticipated return. With packages starting from Dhs299, guests can expect a whirlwind of upbeat vibes, tasty plates and limitless drinks.

The brunch runs every Friday between 1pm and 4.30pm, and is priced at Dhs299 with soft drinks, Dhs399 with house beverages, Dhs499 with sparkling wine and Dhs599 with champagne. The tailored brunch menu consists of a sharing selection of some of Flair 5’s signature dishes.
