The package runs from 8pm to 1am, so don your festive best for the final night of the year, and snap up a table on the expansive terrace. On the foodie front, there’s a fabulous buffet that starts with fresh salads like pulled beef, shrimp and mango, and Caprese, or decadent towers of seafood where you’ll find freshly shucked oysters, cured tuna and prawn cocktail. From there, enjoy plates of sushi and sashimi all delicately rolled and freshly presented, or pile your plate at the cheese and charcuterie station, where plentiful cold cuts await.

For mains, travel around  the world with a fragrant stir fry station, Indian BBQ, array of rich and creamy curries, and a traditional roast section where you can choose from meats including roasted chicken and prime rib. And the star main course will be a Mediterranean spit roast lamb, which can be paired with a selection of hot and cold mezze.

For dessert, tempting sweet treats include blueberry cheesecake, vanilla panacotta, apple crumble, fruit trifle, and the treasured chocolate cake.

But it’s not just about food. The evening is paired with an array of free-flowing drinks, and an evening of curated live music and dance performances to delight all ages.

The five-hour package inclusive of free-flowing drinks is Dhs375 with soft drinks and Dhs895 with premium drinks. For children aged five to 12 you’ll pay Dhs195.
