The change comes into effect on September 1.

Abu Dhabi police has announced the speed limit on Al Faya-Seih Shoaib Road will be lowered from 100kph to 80kph.

The new speed limit is for both light and heavy vehicles, and aims to reduce the number of accidents and enhance road safety.

Al Faya-Seih Shoaib Road, also known as the E75 Truck Road, runs parallel to the Abu Dhabi-Dubai motorway, starting near Al Wathba and finishing near Ghantoot.
