Dubai’s second Raffles hotel is set to open within the Palm360 development in 2021.

A second Raffles hotel is to be built on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah by 2021. The two towers, called the Palm360, will be the tallest building on The Palm when complete.

As well as housing the 125-key Raffles hotel, the two-tower site will also be home to 359 branded residences – including 16 penthouses that will each have their own private infinity pool, gym and cinema.

But the bit that’s got us most excited is the pool. Set to be the world’s largest sky pool, it will reside at 170 metres high and span 155 metres in length, connecting the two towers.

But there’s plenty more for guests (and residents) to look forward to. Two rooftop restaurants with sweeping views will sit at the top of one of the towers, while a waterside restaurant will be a pretty spectacular addition at the poolside of the super sky pool.

A specialty all-day diner and a luxurious lobby lounge will complete the restaurant and bar offerings within the properties.

The joint venture between Dubai-based developer Nakheel and AccorHotels – which runs the larger Raffles group – will also boast a state-of-the-art fitness and wellbeing centre at the Raffles Spa, a health club and tennis court. The hotel and branded residences will also feature a fully-supervised children’s club.

The property will have direct access to the beach, as well as a new beach club, and will be located on The Palm’s new 11km crescent Boardwalk.
