The American super venue is set to bring a host of stars to the city for its weekly day-to-night parties

With no shortage of new openings in the city, Dubai has just welcomed another brand new hotspot, Las Vegas export, Drai’s.

The day-to-night party venue, which opened its doors on Friday February 9, adds to the existing Soho Garden bar complex, and will eventually be part of a huge nightlife concept at Dubai’s Meydan.

With many elements similar to the Las Vegas branch, revelers can expect a luxury feel to the open-air club, with an elevated DJ platform, central plunge pool and state of the art function one sound system.

Those looking for a VIP experience are advised to book a private cabana, which are elevated adjacent to the stage on the right hand side and come complete with private pools. It’s separated from the main bar and standing space by a shallow pool which dominates the centre of the super club.

Kicking off from midday, expect a more chilled out vibe through the day, with partygoers packing out the open air super club as night falls. It’s an open format music policy, which makes way for an international artist who’s set to grace the stage each week.

Currently only open on Friday’s this week, you’ll be able to catch US Grammy award-winning rapper Nelly take to the stage at the super club.

A second weekly night is set to launch soon.

Nothing about Drai’s is subtle, and that’s why we’re keeping our eye on this as one of the city’s top new openings.

Drai’s DXB, Soho Garden, Meydan, Friday 12pm to 12am, free entry, door policy applies. Tel: (052) 388 8857. More info on website
