Sunday September 2

1. Get your toes tapping at a free dance class

From September 1 to 6, James & Alex Dance Studios in Dubai Media City will be offering a variety of drop-in classes where you can try as many styles as you want for free. The studio offers a variety of classes from salsa, to hip hop to ballet, and you can try as many classes as you like through the week.

2. Pamper yourself with spa and lunch

3. Dine at a new business lunch

Beefbar in DIFC is now open for lunch, so you can tuck into some hearty meat dishes while impressing clients. Dishes start from Dhs88 for lighter options such as a Power Bowl Salad and Dhs99 for a Tagliata Steak.

4. Checking out some weird and wonderful artefacts

Ripley’s Believe It or Not! is coming to the Middle East for the first time ever this September. The traveling show by the iconic New York museum will open up a pop-up exhibition in Dubai’s Wafi from September 3, and will be free for all mall-goers to check out. Whether you’re into art and sculpture, American history or animal oddities, the exhibition is promising something for everyone.

Tuesday September 4

5. Bag a bargain

Fashionista’s mark your diaries for September 4 as a five-day mega sale is happening in Dubai. 6. Test your taste buds with the world’s hottest curry

Taking place at both the Barsha Heights and JBR venues on Tuesday September 4 from 10pm, Lock, Stock & Barrel is challenging guests to take on the world’s hottest curry – their red-hot vindaloo. The challenger that finishes first at each venue, will be crowned the winner – bagging themselves a Dhs1000 bar tab and brunch for four.

7. Laugh out loud with a comedy night

One of India’s most famous comedian Jeeveshu Ahluwalia is bringing his laugh-out-loud, crowd based show to Dubai on Wednesday September 5 at PizzaExpress live. 8. Head to a new night market

The ever-popular Tom&Serg will be transforming their Al Quoz cafe into a night market for two days on Tuesday September 4 and Wednesday September 5 next week. As well as serving up some healthy treats, a collection of Dubai-based vendors will all be showcasing their goods for market-goers to get their hands on some top unique pieces.
