Brunch & Cake to open new restaurants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
The restaurant has won hoards of fans for its picture-worthy dishes…
If you’re a big fan of brunching (and we mean the actual time between breakfast and lunch) and filling your Instagram stories with drool-worthy dishes, we think Brunch & Cake might just have made it onto your radar.
The cafe in Jumeirah 1 has been super-popular since it opened in 2019 and it’s usually busy every day of the week. Well now you can get a slice of the action in two more places: new branches are set to open in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Brunch & Cake by the Sea is set to open at The Pointe, Palm Jumeirah in November 2020 and will offer its visitors prime views of the brand new dancing fountains that are launching on October 22. It will have indoor and outdoor dining.
The venue is described as being ‘cosy’ with an indoor space of 1,500 sq ft indoors and a terrace outdoor seating of 1,000 sq ft. Expect some Brunch & Cake’s classics, such as baked goods, and tasty dishes.
Brunch & Cake Abu Dhabi will be the first of the venue in the UAE’s capital city when it opens in Al Bateen in December 2020. The venue spans over 3013 sq ft and will be designed in the brand’s signature style with rattan furniture, golden reeds and large green potted plants.
From eggs Benedict served on a garden shovel (it’s way cooler than it sounds) to the famous avocado toast, açaí bowls adorned with fruit, beautifully decorated cakes and cool drinks, Brunch & Cake caters to breakfast, lunch, coffee dates and dinner.

The brand originally hails from Barcelona, where the restaurant is so popular that there are daily queues outside the door to hail a table. The same can be said for the Dubai outpost so we predict the new restaurants will be a big hit.
