Start your weekend on a high…

Looking to unwind and destress in a land miles away from skyscrapers and Salik charges? Well, you don’t have to go very far as just an hour from Dubai is stunning picturesque mountain Jebel Jais.

The Ras Al Khaimah destination has just announced the perfect way to alleviate all of your worries with a one-hour yoga class on its secluded viewing deck, launching on Friday October 16.

Hosted by Core Direction, the gentle Vinyasa flow class will be followed by a nourishing breakfast at the highest restaurant in the UAE.

Following the success of their popular yoga classes at Burj Khalifa, Dubai Frame and The Green Planet, wellness experts Core Direction set their sights on the stunning landscape of the Hajar Mountains.

Every Friday at 9am, the low-impact class will have participants inhaling the freshest of air and meditating amongst nature to find their inner peace. Jebel Jais Viewing Deck even offers a bird’s eye view all the way down to the ocean – we feel calmer already.

Once your class is complete, you’ll take a short journey further up the mountain to the newly opened 1484 by Puro, where you can tuck into a healthy and delicious breakfast.

Choose from an acai bowl or eggs with avocado, plus a bakery basket, seasonal fruit, fresh juices, tea and coffee. The restaurant also offers incredible views from the top of the mountain, so you’ll feel a world away from the city.

The class is priced at Dhs179, which includes the post-yoga breakfast. Spaces are limited so you’ll have to be quick if you want to be one of the first to try this unique experience.

Book your spot online via the Core Direction website.
