The busker-turned-platinum-selling singer-songwriter returns to Dubai…

Michael Rosenberg, also known as Passenger, is returning to Dubai Opera later this year to perform two gigs on December 4. The folk rock singer-songwriter will be brining his signature sound back to Dubai in what will be his first gig since March.

The talented artist announced the news on his Twitter page, confessing that “I don’t think I’ve ever been so excited to play”. Passenger was last in Dubai in November 2019 when he played a gig at Dubai Opera, performing his international number one hit single, Let Her Go, along with other tunes.

As the show will be socially distanced, spaces are limited, so fans will need to be quick to get their hands on tickets, which are on sale now. Tickets are priced from Dhs295 for the silver seats, all the way up to Dhs4,760 for a VIP box of eight people. There will be two shows at Dubai Opera on December 4, one at 2pm and another at 8pm.

Aside from performing his international smash hit, Passenger will also be singing hits from his 12th studio album, which was recorded at the iconic Abbey Rd studios and Mike’s own studio in Brighton. It sees him record with a string quartet for the first time and is a beautiful and resonate testament to his time on the streets of Britain.
