Fitness First, one of the world’s leading health and fitness brands has recently opened a brand-new club at Dubai Festival City Mall.
Located on the second floor of the mall next to Fabyland store, the new venue spans over 20,000 square feet of training space and offers a number of technologically driven programmes and heart-pumping classes.
The club is centred around four Fitness First concepts, so there’s a number of ways you can burn up those calories.
If you prefer to box your way to fitness, pick the 45-minute boxing workout, or if you prefer fast-paced cycling, opt for the spin class that includes eye-catching animations and the latest cycling tech.
Under the hot studio, you can pick from a range of classes including Hot Power Vinyasa, Yoga with weights and restorative yoga – all of which take place in a studio powered by an ingenious infrared heating system. The perks of this? The air is not stuffy and it helps to flush toxins from the skin.
Under the GX Studio, a wide range of innovative and exciting classes take place such as swing yoga, piloxing, Zumba and a variety of Les Mills programmes. Fitness First’s exclusive TUFF class – a high-intensity class that consists of functional bodyweight, barbell and plate exercises also takes place here. There will be over 200 weekly innovative and exciting workout sessions to choose from.
The new venue also features a space dedicated to women with state-of-the-art equipment so ladies, you will be able to take your workout to the next level.

Additionally, the space will also brag dynamic strength and cardio freestyle areas where you can get your workout done. This includes a fully equipped gym floor with four zones including cardio, freestyle, free weights, and strength.
Group exercises classes also take place under the watchful eye of internationally accredited fitness professionals.
If you’re looking to unwind after a workout, guests can freshen up at the luxurious changing facilities, use the steam room or chill at the members’ lounge and refuel on nutritious food and refreshments.
