Join one of our favourite home-grown brands with their weekly outdoor ride and shape sessions at SALT, on Kite Beach. Crank has got you sorted with workout equipment, silent disco headsets and pure good vibes; getting your full body workout done bright and early.

This homegrown brand has captured all of our hearts with its infectiously positive team and killer workouts, but our favourite thing about them is their longstanding unique collaboration with SALT. Every Saturday, Crank conducts an outdoor beach workout, with one SHAPE and three RIDE sessions each month. These classes will cost the same as in their al Quoz studio, priced at Dhs120, with classes being at a discount when purchasing a class pack.

Their Ride sessions consist of a spinning class which will get you to pedal through heavy climbs or powerful sprints. Their shape class consists of a full-body workout which aims to challenge, burn and shape your muscles.
Either one you opt for will give you a high-intensity workout, getting your heart pumping before 10am. The team have amazing energy, guiding you through your workout to the best of your abilities. Crank has adapted this outdoor workout to be as considerate to beachgoers as possible, with funky pumping music channelled through your headphones alongside your trainer’s voice.
Crank’s permanent location is located in the cultural hub of Alserkal Avenue, with another branch also now in Abu Dhabi. They operate seven days a week with their class schedule tailored to make sure you can get your workout in before or after work.
