Verde Beach

This Burj Al Arab facing party spot hasn’t just closed for the summer – it’s closed for good at its current Jumeirah Beach Hotel location. A post on Instagram confirmed that this was the end of the French-born beach club’s chapter. But it’s not all bad news, with the beach club teasing that chapter two (which hopefully means a new location) is coming soon.
Casa Amor

The second season of this Saint Tropez favourite’s Dubai venue came to a close at the end of May, with Casa Amor taking a summer break from June through until October. When it returns to Mandarin Oriental Jumeira later this year, we can expect a roster of day-to-night events across the social beach house’s lively restaurant and chilled-out beach.
Kinugawa

Another famous name from Saint Tropez that’s said au revoir for the summer season is Kinugawa at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The beach club posted on Instagram that it would be closing at the end of May, with both the alfresco restaurant and laidback luxe pool experience returning in September.
Summersalt

Where the Latin American cuisine meets stunning views and chill vibes, Summersalt at Jumeirah Al Naseem is an elevated beach club experience. But you’ll have to wait until September to experience it, as the beach club is now closed for the season.
Barasti

A long-standing icon on Dubai’s party scene, Barasti has been Dubai’s no-frills beach club for 30 years. But it’s closing its doors on Sunday June 21 to undergo a huge makeover, designed to be more befitting of the elevated Dubai Harbour location. You won’t have to wait too long for it to reopen though as it will be back in 2027 as a completely reimagined destination.
Be Beach

As of June 14, Be Beach has now closed for the summer season, and will reopen once the weather cools down in September. When it returns, this Dubai Harbour favourite will bring back all of your favourite events: from its brilliant ladies’ day on Wednesdays by the pool to Saiana brunch, the Sunday party brunch that packs out the restaurant and beach club, as well as a rotation of day-to-night parties headlined by international DJs.
The Lagoon

With the closure of Twiggy, the beach club at Park Hyatt Dubai became Twiggy, launching earlier this year as a sun-soaked, laidback-luxe hotspot overlooking The Creek. But with the temporary closure of the hotel as it enters its final phase of renovations, the beach club has also closed, with the whole place set to reopen, reimagined, by the end of the year.
Aura Skypool

The world’s highest 360-degree infinity pool has been a staple on Dubai’s rooftop pool scene for the last 5 years, but it’s temporarily closed its doors for renovation this summer. The good news is, we already know it’ll be back on September 1, with bookings open for pool days thereafter.
Cloud 22

After making its mark on Dubai’s pool scene with its stretching views, elevated poolside menu and Dolce&Gabbana collabs, Cloud 22 has been temporarily closed since the end of February. The rooftop pool experience at Atlantis The Royal is set to reopen in the new season with a new look, which we can’t wait to see.
BCH: CLB

This Love Island-esque beach club brought Instagrammable interiors and a roster of high-energy daycation experiences when it opened at W Dubai – The Palm, but when it closed earlier this year, it sadly closed for good. At the moment, we’re not sure what will replace it, so stay tuned.
SAL

One of the most luxe pool days you could do in Dubai, SAL closed its doors alongside the full F&B offering at the Burj Al Arab in April. The whole hotel – Dubai’s iconic ‘seven star’ address – is now undergoing a total transformation, with SAL set to reopen alongside the rest of the Burj in late 2027. The sail-shaped hotel, which first opened in 1999, will be closed for 18 months while its luxurious rooms, restaurants and leisure spaces are transformed. French interior architect Tristan Auer will lead the renovation, bringing the property back to life while preserving its distinctive character and signature opulence.
