Here’s some welcome news in time for the warmer weather. Gevora Hotel – officially the world’s new tallest hotel – is now offering pool access to the public.

The open-air pool deck is located on the 12th floor of the 75-storey hotel, offering spectacular views over Downtown Dubai. The pool is 25 metres long, and has a four-metre children’s pool for the little ones.

Not too shabby, right?

Pool access costs Dhs150 on weekdays and Dhs200 on weekends, which also includes access to the rooftop viewing deck of the hotel (which usually costs Dhs100).

At 356 metres, Gevora is just one metre taller than JW Marriott Marquis in Business Bay, which previously held the record for the world’s tallest hotel.
