Legendary: Lucky Voice

At this midweek evening brunch, there’s unlimited food and drinks on offer, an open-mic style sing-a-long where guests can take to the stage all night long. Latest: BrunchZilla at Miss Tess

Every Wednesday, Miss Tess delivers a lively night brunch known as the ‘Monster Sized Brunch’, and promises to be a lively mid-week hangout. At 8pm, the meal deal kicks off: for Dhs288 you’ll get to scoff on ‘monster sized sushi’ with endless noodles and sip on house drinks until 11pm (the ‘night brunch’ costs Dhs228 with soft drinks and tea). Vibe-wise, expect lots of fun. Legendary: Stage at Jazz Pizza Express

Love Parties, the party people behind the sellout Friday brunches We Brunch and Hidden, also have an exciting Thursday night brunch. There’s drinks for Dhs30 from 4pm to 8pm, before the brunch packages kicks in at 8pm. You can get soft drinks for Dhs150 and house drinks are Dhs225 while for only Dhs25 more you can upgrade to the sparkling package. Expect a typical feast of Pizza Express pizzas and sides, served up to acoustic live music sets. Afterwards, it’s five drinks for Dhs150.

Latest: Rare at STK

STK’s brunches have become somewhat legendary thanks to their delicious food, lively entertainment and party atmosphere. So much so, they’re usually booked up at least a month in advance (sorry, you might need some time to plan this). They do an evening brunch on a Thursday, ‘Rare’, where you’ll get a three-course meal including choices of salad, steak, salmon and mouth-watering desserts as well as free flowing drinks for Dhs349.

Legendary (party): Saffron at Atlantis

Saffron brunch at Atlantis The Palm is one of the city’s most well-known party brunches. Not only does it take place at the wow-worthy location of Atlantis The Palm, it also serves up more than 220 dishes, live entertainment and the largest array of drinks imaginable. You’ll spend a lot of your time walking around the buffet so grab a big plate and choose wisely. Then there’s the drinks, whether you want a whole watermelon infused with cocktails, or test tubes of the strong stuff, you’ll find it at Saffron.

Latest (party): Secret brunch at miX, Emerald Palace Kempinski

While the sellout Secret Garden brunch is on a summer hiatus, Secret Parties have set up a new party brunch at Emerald Palace Kempinski. At the buffet you’ll find plenty of seafood and a DIY salad station, plus a selection of hot dishes are accessed via a window to the kitchen. Your main course will be made-to-order and there’s a choice of either black rice risotto, pan seared salmon or corn-fed chicken with roast potatoes. To finish the meal, its back to the buffet table where you’ll find a selection of patisseries to indulge in, served up alongside plenty of sparklers, napkin-waving and music that’s sure to have you on your feet.

Legendary (family-friendly): Bubbalicious at Westin Mina Seyahi

One of the city’s most popular brunches, Bubbalicious is consistently packed, with Dubai dwellers booking for a fun afternoon of feasting and partying. Families can get their kicks too, with a children’s corner inside plus an outdoor area, as well as a kids’ menu. There’s something for everyone, with five-star dishes, live music and plenty to keep little ones busy.

Latest (family-friendly): Ladies Who Brunch at Kitchen Connection

Created with ladies in mind, Kitchen Connection’s Friday feast is the perfect weekend catch up with the girls. You can create pasta dishes, watch the art of sushi making, or gorge on the vegan and gluten-free goodies on offer. A supervised children’s area in the restaurant is available for all brunch goers, so mums can enjoy a child-free afternoon without a worry. Best of all, ladies receive an upgraded package, so order the soft drinks deal and you’ll be given the house drinks package.

This pink-themed brunch party kicks off from 1pm until 4pm, with a three hour package coupled with live entertainment, poolside beats and Mediterranean dishes. Brunch prices start from Dhs265 for the soft package, Dhs395 for house and Dhs465 for cocktails. Lunch is served in the restaurant, but guests can move to a sun lounger afterwards at no extra charge (depending on availability).

Latest: Ocean Vibes at Pierchic

Located at the end of a vast wooden pier, emerging from luxury beachfront resort, Jumeirah Al Qasr, there’s no denying Pierchic is one of the most exclusive ‘bucket-list’ restaurants in Dubai. The brunch is table service with a sharing style concept. Starting with a selection of freshly baked bread, artisan dips and beef cold cuts with local burrata, it’s clear to see the focus that has been placed on sourcing high quality ingredients. The Saturday brunch is priced at Dhs375 for the five course sharing meal. An extra Dhs200 is applied if you want to make use of the four hour drinks package which includes organic wine, sparking and beers. A minimum booking of four guests per table is required.
