FIRST IMPRESSIONS
A wall lined with boomerangs, wire sculptures of kangaroos. It’s not what you think – all this Australia paraphernalia is tasteful and clever.

VIBE
Sophisticated but fun. The staff are professional, well-informed and super friendly.

WHAT TO ORDER
Start with a tasting platter of melt-in-the mouth seared emu fillet, gamey-tasting smoked kangaroo, yabby tail crayfish and eucalyptus smoked Tasmanian salmon. Follow with a steak or the meaty Australian barramundi fish. Order the pavlova to finish and chef will make meringue magic at your table.

LOOK OUT FOR
The roaming ‘salt gurus’ lending advice on the best type of salt for your dish, be it Hawaiian black lava salt and Norwegian smoked viking salt. You heard us right.

IDEAL FOR
Trying new foods or familiar foods cooked in a new way.

INSIDER INFO
Order a steak and a waiter will present you with a choice of six knives, from a nimble slicer to a small machete. Don’t waste the chance to say, ‘That’s not a knife/That’s a knife’ and win peals of laughter.

FINAL THOUGHTS
A classy setting for an adventurous meal. You’ll be stoked.
