Elite – October 5

Were you devastated when Gossip Girl and Pretty Little Liars ended? Well, this Spanish show should fill the teen drama void in your life, and then some. Elite follows three working class students who have the opportunity to attend the most exclusive school in Spain after their own school is destroyed in an earthquake (yes, really). But when someone is murdered, the new kids are the first to be suspected…

Mo Amer: The Vagabond – October 8

Arab-American comedian Mo Amer presents his debut stand-up special for Netflix, covering everything from what it’s like to travel when your name is “Mohammed”, to discussing the time he ended up sitting next to Eric Trump after being upgraded to First Class. You might recognise him from the comedy trio “Allah Made Me Funny”.

22 July – October 10

This harrowing film examines the aftermath of the 2011 Norway attacks that claimed 77 lives. Filmmaker Paul Greengrass breaks the tragedy into three parts, looking at the survivors of the attacks, Norway’s political system, and the lawyers involved in the case.

The Haunting Of Hill House – October 12

Start getting in the mood for Halloween with the release of this horror series, which is a modern re-telling of Shirley Jackson’s classic 1959 novel about a group of siblings who are forced to revisit their spooky childhood home. Based on this trailer alone, we’re already terrified.

Making a Murderer: Part 2 – October 19

The smash hit crime documentary is back, and we’re hoping the next installment will be just as binge-worthy as the first 10 episodes. Part two continues to follow the ongoing case of Steven Avery and his nephew Brendan Dassey, who were convicted of murdering Teresa Halbach and sentenced to life in prison.

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina – October 26

Fans of the 90s sitcom Sabrina The Teenage Witch will already be familiar with the characters and setting of this new series starring Kiernan Shipka – but the 2018 retelling promises to be a whole lot darker. It comes from the producers of Riverdale, so if you liked that, put this straight to the top of your watch list.
