3. Get motivated with a free fitness talk

The latest in Flow’s series of inspirational talks takes place this Monday July 30. 5. See a free film on ladies’ night

It might be too hot to catch a film totally al fresco, so Lakes gastropub Reform have launched a summer cinema night under the comfort of their air conditioned tent. For the next month, they’ll be showing a girly run of rom-coms every Tuesday from 8pm. This week, it’s Footloose, and ladies can enjoy the rest of a bottle of bubbly for free when ladies’ buy two glasses.

6. Head to a gents night

Looking for a boys night out that won’t break the bank? The Observatory Bar and Grill is now offering two hours of free flowing beer for the boys every Tuesday. 7. Detox with a spa day

Needing some me time? At Address Dubai Marina spa goers can take advantage of a special price Detox Marine Algae Wrap  throughout August. 8. Party at the opening of a new underground club

You might know Industrial Avenue as that outdoorsy bit next to what was China Grill (now Asia De Cuba), but not any more. Industrial Avenue has undergone a makeunder, and is set to open as a ‘musical institute’ and underground club this Wednesday August 1. Promising a music-focused experience and back to basics approach, doors open from 11pm.
