3. Brunch at COYA Abu Dhabi

If you love Peruvian cuisine, you’ll want to book yourself in for this brunch at COYA Abu Dhabi in the Four Seasons. The restaurant is kicking off it’s brunching season this Friday where guests can enjoy true Peruvian fare from the brand new menu. Brunch is from 12.30pm to 4pm, but stay on for the after brunch party with COYA’s resident DJs from 4pm to 6pm.

4. See a famous funnyman live

Award-winning English comedian, Jason Manford, is back in the UAE this summer as part of his ‘Muddle Class Tour’ courtesy of The Laughter Factory. The comedian will be performing live in the capital at Park Rotana on Friday, July 26, 2019 at 9pm. Expect new material being dished out by the comedian as he discusses his life, from childhood to growing up in a working-class family to reaching adulthood as a middle class man. It will all be delivered in Manford’s favourable style, with likeable charm and teasing intelligent wit. Tickets for the show cost Dhs230 and can be purchased here.

Saturday, July 27

5. Last chance: Check out Nomadic Traces: Journey of Arabian Scripts

For a culture fix, head to Warehouse 421 and check out the Nomadic Traces: Journey of Arabian Scripts that debuts this Saturday. The exhibitions were commissioned by nine artists and designers from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon and Palestine. The works of arts range from drawings, art installations, and ceramics that explores the origins of six of the most influential alphabets in the history of the Middle East.

6. Get a full chakra healing with Inner Seed

Chakras is a sanskrit word which means wheel, and there are seven centres of spiritual power in the human body. These seven energies are constantly spinning in our bodies and in a healthy, balanced person, the chakras provide the right balance of energy to every part of your body, mind, and spirit. In this ladies only workshop you will explore each chakra’s meaning and learn how to balance your chakras most effectively through inner self work.
