Abu Dhabi Duty Free is spreading its wings and venturing out from its home in the airport terminals.

With certain travel restrictions still in place, arrivals and departure lounges aren’t as busy as they once were. Of course life will return to normal, along with our holiday habits, but in the meantime — Abu Dhabi Duty Free has come up with a way to bring the bargains directly to you.

You can now order duty (tax) free items such as cosmetics, perfumes, gadgets, jewellery, Dubai souvenirs. fashion accessories, toys, chocolate and more to be delivered to a registered address in the UAE, from the addf.ae website.

So you no longer have to check-in, to save a bundle at the checkout.

It’s quick too, purchases made online before noon are usually delivered by Aramex courier service the next day. Although there are no deliveries on Fridays or public holidays.

Shareef Al Hashmi, CEO of Abu Dhabi Airports, said about the development “We are delighted to launch Abu Dhabi Duty Free home delivery service, enabling residents of the UAE to take advantage of a growing selection of our most popular items we have to offer at Abu Dhabi Duty Free without having to leave their homes.”
