Alfresco season is back at these Dubai restaurants and bars

Autumn has landed in Dubai – and suddenly, if it’s not alfresco, we’re not interested. This week, we’re welcoming the return of some iconic alfresco restaurants and bars in Dubai, include a poolside Greek eatery, waterfront Thai dining, and a fun rooftop hangout in the Greens.

Ammos

While things heat up at the Azure Beach pool, keep your cool on the patio at Ammos. This chic poolside restaurant at Rixos Premium JBR is the perfect place to soak up the resort vibes while enjoying vibrant Greek cuisine.

Ninive

Tucked beside La Cantine du Faubourg in Jumeirah Emirates Towers, this hidden alfresco gem has just reopened. Palm trees, fairy lights, lanterns and cushioned couches set the scene for a memorable evening of Arabic and North African flavours, paired with exotic cocktails.

Infinity Bar

Chic outdoor Infinity Bar is located in hip Portuguese restaurant Tasca, known for its breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf. There’s no better way to soak up the surrounds than with a tasty tipple from Infinity Bar’s new cocktail menu, paired with Tasca’s finest tapas bites.

Pai Tai

Is it just us, or does Thai food taste better when eaten outdoors? Atmospheric Thai eatery Pai Tai has reopened its canalside terrace for the winter season, bringing the vibrancy of Bangkok to Madinat Jumeirah.

Flair 5

Stylish alfresco terrace lounge Flair 5 has reopened at The Ritz-Carlton DIFC, promising alfresco dining and great vibes all winter long. Dine on new Japanese-Peruvian dishes from the Nikkei-style menu, paired with botanical cocktails from the bar.

Lah Lah

Not only is alfresco dining returning to Lah Lah, it’s bringing a fabulous pop-up with it. Launching this week, the Lah Lah Bazaar at Zabeel House by Jumeirah, The Greens, will bring an Asian food truck, outdoor bar, evening brunches and family fun day to the poolside terrace, from Thursday to Saturday. Beyond the Bazaar, Lah Lah’s terrace is now open for regular dining.

The London Project
