Global Village UAE is closing its doors next month, which is already a reason to go and visit. This weekend, you will get an added treat, as Pakistani playback singer and songwriter, Atif Aslam is performing on the main stage.

The family destination has hosted several top singers in the past, such as Swedish icon Zara Larsson and Tinie Tempah. And on Sunday, April 27, music sensation Atif Aslam will be performing some of his greatest hits and fan-favourite melodies for his adoring fans. His performance begins at 8.30pm.

Since the concert is free to attend, it is sure to draw in the crowds, so arrive good and early to nab a prime viewing spot.

Atif Aslam is known for his soulful voice and has many chart-topping hits that have captured the hearts of generations across the globe. On the night, we can expect some of his top hits from over his two-decade musical career. Some of the tunes we can expect to hear include Tera Hone Laga Hoon, Jeene Laga Hoon, Woh Lamhe, Tere Bin and more.

When is Global Village closing?

As usual, all good things come to an end, and Global Village Dubai will close its doors on May 11, 2025. It will be back for a new season towards the end of 2026.

Tickets to visit on a weekday, (from Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays) will cost you Dhs25 per person. However, if you want an any-day entry ticket, it’s Dhs30 per person.

Don’t forget, that minors below the age of three, seniors above 65 and people of determination can enter for free. But, you will still need to get your free tickets for them on the website.
