Ergon Agora is one of Downtown Dubai’s newest entries in the indoor breakfast Dubai conversation, designed as a sprawling Greek “agora” (marketplace) concept on the Boulevard that brings several concepts under one indoor roof: the main restaurant, a 72-hour Artisanal Bakery for fresh bread and pastries, and Tzeneral Pastry Shop for Greek desserts. The breakfast menu leans distinctly Greek: poached eggs on a sesame “Koulouri” bagel with yoghurt and spicy butter, sunny side up eggs on crispy Feta with pistachio and traditional “Perek” phyllo, and a Strapatsada — Greek-style scrambled eggs with spicy sausage and yoghurt on phyllo sit alongside more familiar plates like a croque madame with Graviera cheese sauce and smoked turkey.
